Accounter.dev is a financial management tool that integrates with QuickBooks Online to provide reports, projections, budgets, and planning tools. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes only.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. QuickBooks Integration

The Service accesses your QuickBooks Online data through OAuth 2.0. You authorize this access when you connect your account. You may revoke access at any time through your Intuit account settings.

5. No Financial Advice

Accounter.dev does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Projections, FIRE calculations, and reports are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as professional financial guidance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accounter.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Accounter.dev are the intellectual property of Accounter.dev. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@accounter.dev.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
