• Usage data: Page views and feature usage to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the Accounter.dev service.
• Generate financial reports, projections, and planning tools based on your data.
• Improve and develop new features.
• Communicate service updates or respond to support requests.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your financial data is processed in real time and cached temporarily to improve performance. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and at rest. We never store your QuickBooks credentials — authentication is handled entirely through OAuth 2.0.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer API. Your data is subject to Intuit's Privacy Statement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with any other third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@accounter.dev.
